In-Store Registered Nurse – ALL Vaccines (Flu, MMR, COVID, etc.)

Payrate : $49.00 to 62.80 an hour on depending location

Location : Groton, CT

Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available - Seasonal

CVS Health is on a mission to help people on their path to better health. As part of this mission, we are expanding our vaccination programs in-store and are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to administer vaccines including flu, COVID, MMR, and others.

You will play a vital role in public health, working directly with patients in a safe, professional, and compassionate setting. PPE is provided, and comprehensive training will be given.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer a wide range of vaccines (Flu, COVID-19, MMR, etc.)

Lead with heart—demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a commitment to care.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture.

Provide education and support to patients and caregivers.

Adhere to CDC guidelines and company protocols.

Adapt to changing healthcare needs and workflow in a retail setting.

Maintain accurate patient records and follow compliance standards.

Required Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted RN license in the state or territory of employment.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.

Willingness and ability to vaccinate patients.

High School Diploma or GED (Verified).

Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
