Location : Fort Myers

Schedule : Monday- Friday 7a-5p

Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for a 5-year-old pediatric patient who requires total assistance. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a medically complex child and her family.

Patient Care Needs :

Total assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)

G-tube feeding and medication administration

Incontinence care

Monitoring for changes in condition and communicating with the healthcare team and family

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications :

Current unencumbered LPN / RN license in the state of Florida

Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) year

Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas

In compliance with state and Federal regulations

CPR

Valid AHCA / level two background screening

TB test showing a negative result
