Salary : $170,000 - $220,000 base + equity

What You Will Do
As GTM Lead, you'll establish and scale the company's go-to-market function from the ground up. You will :
- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team across Account Management, Growth Engineering, Performance Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execute coordinated GTM strategies to expand new and existing revenue streams.
- Launch and manage innovative experiments across the funnel - from pre-sale engagement to onboarding flows.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to develop high-quality written, visual, and video content that sets the company apart.
- Expand brand and performance marketing initiatives across digital and real-world channels.
- Serve as a thought partner to the executive team on growth priorities and market expansion.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or go-to-market leadership at a high-growth tech company (exceptional consulting experience may also be relevant).Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop teams from scratch.Deep understanding of the Account Executive function and experience working closely with AE teams.Proficiency with CRM, BI, analytics, marketing, and sales tools.Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.Creative instincts and demonstrated experience producing or leading high-quality content.High energy, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience building GTM functions at an early-stage startup.Exposure to product management, technical teams, or growth engineering.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and PartnerStack.Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or equivalent experience.Compensation and Benefits
