As Technical Recruiter, Contractor at Hinge Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering team by recruiting top-tier talent for specialized technical roles. You will leverage your expertise to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing and networking. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to deeply understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Your creativity and efficiency will be key as you develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, ensuring we attract the best candidates in the industry. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

What You'll Accomplish

• Recruit top engineering talent for specialized roles with efficiency and creativity
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions through proactive sourcing and networking
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
• Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements while highlighting our mission in healthcare technology

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

This is an hourly contractor role that will run through a payroll service. The hourly rate is $50-$60 an hour.
