Day Time Mon 03 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM Fri 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual circumstances.Monitor access points and observe activities within the premises to help deter potential security-related concerns.Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and location protocols.Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies.Assist visitors and / or employees by providing information and directions as needed, contributing to a positive experience at the location.Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to help deter disturbances or prohibited activities.What We're Looking For :
