Job description
A healthcare organization in Boston is seeking an Associate Medical Director of Medical Respite to oversee daily clinical operations and support staff at a 104-bed facility. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an NP / PA, with a strong preference for management experience. The role includes direct patient care and shaping organizational policy while working closely with hospital partners and clinical staff.
