About This Opportunity

We're hiring a Fashion Buyer - Women's Apparel for our Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid role that involves both in-office collaboration and market visits.

Candidates should have 5+ years of buying experience in fashion retail and a strong understanding of product lifecycle, merchandising systems, and vendor relationships. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage reports and purchase orders

Analyze sales data, reporting, and inventory needs

Develop and maintain vendor relationships

Collaborate with the buying team to manage Open-to-Buy plans

Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis

Support merchandising and product assortment strategies

Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through vendor coordination

Attend business meetings and vendor appointments

Qualifications

5+ years of buying experience in fashion retail

Strong Excel skills and retail math

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
