We are seeking Assistant Managers who are passionate about providing a cheerful and courteous service to our guests! This role is vital to Living Ms within the Taco Bell team and requires a strong leader capable of motivating and leading a dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the restaurant's operations and ensuring every customer has a phenomenal experience. Lead and manage restaurant operations while promoting a positive atmosphere. Motivate, coach, and correct team members to deliver the best service and products, embodying the Live Ms spirit. Ensure each guest leaves satisfied and excited to return. Utilize effective time management skills to meet business objectives.
