Nephrology Physician

Arkansas Group looking for Permanent Nephrologist

• BE / BC in Nephrology
• 3-year employment contract
• Salary : year one $270,000, years two and three $280,000, Tiered Quarterly Production Incentives
• Benefits : malpractice insurance, health insurance, group life and disability insurance; allowance of $3000 annually to be applied to educational meetings, journals, textbooks, dues to professional organizations, computer software and hardware, medical meetings.
• Mileage : will reimburse $.45 / mile for business mileage.
• Profit sharing plan : current terms and vesting schedule
• Misc : Cell phone expenses up to $100 per month. Beeper and other business-related expenses covered by the group
• Vacation : 20 working days per year
• Work week is 4.5 days
• 8 Physicians between all locations
• Sick leave : 12 days per year
• Covenant not to compete within 25 miles of any facility
• Moving expenses : Obtain two bids and will pay / reimburse the lowest-Maximum of $5,000.
• Call : Four physician weekly rotation.
• Travel : Yes.
• Immigration Related Expenses : J-1 visa waiver candidates will be considered. Group pays up to $7500 for J1 application fee and attorney fees
• Other : Commencement Bonus $10,000 and Relocation expenses $5,000
• Domestic airport in the city. 60 miles from Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock.
