Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Nursing by leading the development and execution of programs that advance the Nursing objectives.
Your work includes collaborating with executive stakeholders across all Nursing including Nursing Practice, Quality, Education, Research, Clinical Regulatory Compliance and Operations.
Responsibilities include :
- Design and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define program objectives, scope, and timelines in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Support the project management needs of Nursing to drive successful execution of objectives.
- Measuring and managing outcomes to assess ROI.
- Partner with executives to prioritize and execute high-impact programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for program-related communication across teams and departments.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clearly defined outcomes.
- Responsible for driving the planning, execution, and evaluation of cross-functional programs that align with Nursing strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and align the work of project teams across departments, ensuring all activities contribute to Nursing goals.
- Serve as a bridge between project managers, leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring and overseeing projects to ensure goals and timelines are met, ensuring risks are identified and addressed.
- Creates and presents regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, exceptional customer service, and proactive support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and trust across all levels of engagement, including internal teams, end-users, and external partners.
- Mentor, professionally develop, and coach team members.
- Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables.
- Research and develop new and creative solutions to continually improve processes and effectiveness across current and future initiatives.
Requirements include :
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Why Join Our Team
