Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and optimize cross-functional processes and workflows

Drive automation, standardization, and digital solutions across the enterprise

Support technology audits and data certification initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field

7+ years in business process improvement / engineering, operations, or transformation roles

3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role

Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)

IT audit, compliance, or technology experience
