What You’ll Do :

As an A / V Service Technician at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities include :

Installing and servicing a range of hardware equipment, including TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.

Skilled installation and maintenance of shades.

Providing stellar integration installation support to our clients.

Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.

Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A / V landscape.

Part of on call rotation to assist clients after hours.

Additionally, you will be part of an on-call rotation, providing timely support and ensuring seamless service continuity for our clients outside of regular business hours.

Who You Are :

We're looking for someone with :

A track record of successful integration and installation support.

Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A / V field.

A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in installing high-fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment.

Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote.
