• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 10 months of Emergency Department experience.\n
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.\n\nRequirements\n

Skilled swing bed - rehab care goal to return to previous level of function. Acute care - medication management - of dx. ER stabilize and treat, transfer, or discharge or admit. Number of Beds : 25.\n\nSpecial Requests : Expectation is they will make up RTO.
