Merchandising Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Merchandising Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate timelines and training for technical initiatives and assist in improving merchandising processes

Create training materials and facilitate the transition to new tools and workflows for remote teams

Develop relationships with merchandising teams to support the implementation and deployment of new tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in merchandising

Experience in project management and organizing work with cross-functional teams

Passion for continuous improvement and optimizing tools and processes

Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools
