The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience and be comfortable practicing solo in a smaller town setting. The structure would include clinic and OR time in each market weekly. 10 days' call monthly + call pay for days over 10 that you choose to take As the practice grows, there would be APP assistance added for efficiency. Spanish bilingual preferred.
