Clearance Requirement : Active Secret clearance required, with eligibility for Top Secret and Special Access Programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and maintain multiple air-gapped Information Systems (IS) and networks.
Ensure security configurations of Information Systems are verified and maintained.
Handle daily break / fix scenarios, updates, backups, monitoring, and user management.
Secure and maintain all components following established Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and customer directives.
Manage patching and anti-virus definition requirements.
Troubleshoot hardware issues, including COTS PCs, printers, networks, and encryption hardware.
Monitor customer requests to ensure timely addressing according to priority.
Demonstrate a strong desire to adhere to best practices and provide exceptional service and support.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4-6 years, or High School diploma with 6+ years of equivalent experience.
Current DoD 8140 / 8570 compliant IA certification for IAT II (Security+ce or higher).
Must have a current Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret and Special Access Programs clearance.
Hands-on experience in Linux server and workstation environments.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Understanding of computer network concepts (hardware, cable management, IP address management).
Experience in designing, implementing, and sustaining Virtualized Machine (VM) architectures.
Knowledge of system configuration and applying security controls under the Risk Management Framework.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with container management technologies such as Kubernetes, Podman, and Docker.
Experience with cloud systems (Azure, AWS).
Experience in Windows Server (including Active Directory) and Windows 10 workstation environments.
Understanding of Special Access Program (SAP) requirements for Information Systems.
Familiarity with IS implementation as defined by the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).
Knowledge of DevOps best practices and system development lifecycle automation.
Experience in Kubernetes and other DevOps container management methodologies and automation.
Current support experience with Special Access Program (SAP) Information Systems.
Detailed knowledge of the Risk Management Framework.
Proficiency in NIST 800-53.
Training in Documented Computing Environment (CE).
Experience with ACAS or Nessus vulnerability scanning.
Familiarity with audit log reduction tools (Graylog or Splunk).
Advanced DoDI 8570 certification.
Experience with shell scripting.
Certifications in Windows or Linux.
In-depth hardware experience.

Pay Range : $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
