Job descriptionAbility to read and interpret reports and correspondence Excellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Experience with an ERP system preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Inventory Control Specialist
Temp to Hire
M-F Day shift
$17-$20 per hour DOE
Local FAA supply shop is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory counts
- Manage inventory levels
- Perform physical counts
- Utilize their ERP system to assist team members with inventory issues
- Investigate root causes for inventory overages or shortages
- Issue parts / kits for customer work orders
- Identify roots causes of inventory cost variances
- Maintain logs and sheets
Requirements :
Requires an FAA DOT drug test and background check
