Lending is a key product offering within Citi Wealth. Lending provides competitive borrowing solutions that are strategically integrated into our client's broader wealth management goals. Our team provides lending solutions across all three client segments including Citi private bank, wealth at work, Citi private client and Citigold as part of their wider Citi relationship.

US credit card solutions are provided to wealth clients via Citi personal banking. This role will oversee the relationship with US personal banking in partnership with our wealth operations team. This role reports into a newly created role the global head of business strategy and governance, which is a member of the Citi wealth lending leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Review and reimagine the wealth US cards offering in partnership with US personal banking credit card team.
• Demonstrated ability to build internal relationship with broad stakeholders across the franchise in order to drive to common goals and outcomes.
• Ability to utilize available tools and resources to accomplish end goals with the appropriate control environment.
• Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Client centric focus with an empathetic and genuine understanding of their needs. Passion for improving client experience in partnership with product providers.
• US credit card escalation point for bankers and financial advisors.
• Prudently manage business risks, escalating issues and insuring we foster an ethical culture.
