Job Description : Own HWSEC team operations, construct and maintain roadmaps and intake queue, collaborate with other groups to ensure effective intake, manage dependencies, compliance, act as first line of defense, own slack channels meant for interface with rest of Oracle, triage incoming issues, accept / reject or assign to right SMEs, provide HWSEC policy guidance to other teams, manage tenancies owned by HWSEC and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities : Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. • Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
