About the Role :
Our Behavioral Health Strategy role acts as a key strategic partner to the SVP Strategy and the executive leadership team. You will be responsible for driving the execution of initiatives that have a significant impact across the behavioral health portfolio. The role requires a leader who is highly organized and analytical, with a strong ability to work collaboratively. You must be able to translate complex strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment and coordination among various stakeholders.
The role is full-time and based in our office and reports directly to the SVP Strategy.
What You'll Do :
- Partner with the SVP Strategy to define, prioritize, and track behavioral health initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives within behavioral health contracts and initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and oversight of behavioral health contracts with payers, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and operational processes are aligned.
- Coordinate with payer partners to facilitate seamless execution of service agreements, including onboarding, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
- Develop and present measurement-based care initiatives to executive leadership, stakeholders, and payer partners, highlighting outcomes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable processes and frameworks to drive operational efficiency across behavioral health initiatives.
Who You Are :
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related) preferred.7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management within healthcare or behavioral health.Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.Familiarity with behavioral health systems, payer models, clinical operations, and value-based care preferred.All roles are in office, 5 days a week, in New York City.
