Job description
A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Support Associate to work remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve complex issues related to brokers, groups, or members regarding insurance benefits and claims
Build rapport with external brokers to instill confidence in the Healthcare Insurance offerings
Provide high-level support to brokers who are key to selling the company's products
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
Computer experience
