Job descriptionSpecialty : NP or PA for PICU BC / BE : BC – Will look at NP’s and PA’s If provider is NP they must be Critical care certified. If they are a PA other certificates are acceptable. Dates needed : ASAP ongoing Schedule : Ideal locum candidates can provide at least 4-6 shifts per 4-week block Call : In-house night call responsibilities are shared among all team members who have completed orientation to nights. PICU : 6-8 patients during the day night call includes all patients assigned to team at checkout as well as any new admission assigned to the team. EMR : Epic Interview process / timeline from time of presentation : Name clear candidate submittals schedule 30-minute virtual teams interview and will confirm if they want to extend an offer after the interview. Credentialing timeframe : 90 days Any specific items needed : will need NPR certification will also look at licensure candidate Client prefers to initially offer a 13-week contract but will consider a 26-week assignment case-by-case Notes : N / A 1099 Pay Rate : $166.72 Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
