Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support liaison for key customers, managing relationships and performance metrics
Coordinate communication between internal support teams and ensure timely completion of escalations and action items
Track and analyze key customer support KPIs, presenting insights for process improvements
Required Qualifications
