Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is friendly, organized, and committed to providing excellent client service. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, processing policy changes, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the trust and care we stand for.

  • Base Pay : $15-$21 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions about their policies
  • Help existing clients with updates, renewals, and coverage changes
  • Set appointments for licensed agents and follow up with customers as needed
  • Make outbound calls to clients for updates or information requests
  • Assist with client files, documentation, and occasional office marketing efforts
  • Provide outstanding service and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and assisting clients with care and patience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Insurance experience or licensing a plus, but not required
