Confluence Builders is an entrepreneurial full-service Real Estate Development, Construction, and Investment company located in Golden, Colorado. Confluence focuses on developing and building ground-up mixed-use, retail, office, educational, and multi-family projects in Colorado.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites
• Assist project managers and superintendents with submittals, RFI's, quality, coordination, scheduling, cost control, document control, and issue tracking
• Prepare and perform site clean-up
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Help project manager, superintendents, and project engineers with assigned projects
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements : EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering / Construction Management is a plus
