Our Fort Payne Plant is looking for a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to join our leadership team and help drive our environmental, health, and safety excellence.

What You’ll Do :

As the EHS Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant, safe, and environmentally responsible. You’ll partner with Corporate EHS, HR, and Plant Management to :

• Implement and monitor safety and environmental programs across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Conduct safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Lead training programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Manage environmental permitting, reporting, and due diligence.
• Act as the site’s ISO 14001 Management Representative and a member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
• Support injury management, return-to-work programs, and cost containment strategies.
