Hours: Part Time - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 28 hours per week

Role: We are seeking a dedicated
Activities Assistant to join our team! The Activities Assistant responsible for assisting the Activities Director with a program of activities at the community. The Activities Assistant has the ability to communicate effectively and advocate for Elder centered/directed care to team members, families, physicians, allied health professionals and the at large community.
Responsibilities: - The Senior Living Activities Assistant participate in activities with residents of the community.
- The Senior Living Activities Assistant maintains department activity logs and documentation.
- The Senior Living Activities Assistant understands, practices and communicates resident directed/centered care on a daily basis as it relates to the activities department.
- The Senior Living Activities Assistant plans activities as directed by supervisor.
- The Senior Living Activities Assistant works with the resident and family councils.
- The Senior Living Activities Assistant has the ability to direct and supervise volunteers.
- The Senior Living Activities Assistant helps with Dietary if requested.

Qualifications: - High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid drivers license, class E drivers license and have a good driving record.
