Job descriptionThe HR Manager will oversee all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and performance management Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices The HR Manager will support leadership with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies Drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive workplace culture The HR Manager should have some knowledge of HR laws, employee relations, and policy development Must be an approachable leader and team player who values collaboration
