Mclaurin Aerospace is currently seeking exceptionally qualified candidates to fill Technical Staff vacancies in the area of space and launch vehicle systems guidance, navigation, and control. Mclaurin Aerospace Technical Staff provide critical expertise to government sponsors supporting programs of national significance.

GN&C Technical Staff provide industry-leading technical expertise to government and prime contractor sponsors, and perform simulations, analyses, and designs, often working with representatives of multiple disciplines to optimize GN&C integration across diverse elements and vehicles while supporting an integrated program and / or mission goal.

Current needs include :

• Spacecraft and launch vehicle flight dynamics and control
• Flight control actuation systems (EMA & hydraulic)
• Space navigation and linear covariance analysis
• GPS / INS filter design, optimal sensor fusion, visual odometry, and hazard avoidance
• Astrodynamics
• Space vehicle or air vehicle dynamics
• Modeling and simulation (particularly multibody and / or flexible systems)
• Navigation sensors and navigation hardware integration
• Development of high-reliability embedded software (MATLAB / Simulink, C / C++)
