Job description

Summary : Planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction project schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion. The role focuses on optimizing resource use, minimizing risks, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Project Sight.
  • Identify key milestones, critical paths, and activity dependencies within the project and communicate to the Project Manager and, Superintendent in charge to push necessary actions.
  • Monitor daily progress and update schedules to reflect any changes.
  • Coordinate with project manager, superintendent and contractors to align deadlines and activities.
  • Ensure the availability of materials and resources according to the schedule by following up with responsible teams.
  • Produce regular reports on schedule status, including delays, variances, and corrective recommendations.
  • Assess potential time-related risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements regarding timelines.
  • Attend planning and follow-up meetings, providing technical support on scheduling.
  • Document schedule changes and maintain clear, updated records.
  • Promote best practices in scheduling and time optimization.
  • Update Project Site with the information needed it
  • Use Enkontrol to track the information required to meet the project's timeline.

Experience : 3- 6+ years in scheduling, project management, and construction oversight, with expertise in codes, permitting in multifamily residential projects, Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and experienced in leading in-house design teams.
