Remote Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager for their Central Division (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial accounting and reporting, including month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations

Supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing leadership and mentoring

Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with company financial policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Minimum five years of supervisory accounting and financial reporting experience

Management experience with leadership and team development skills

Project management skills and experience in mentoring staff

Working knowledge of large ERP systems, preferably SAP
