About The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Case Management for a Unknown shift position in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This Registered Nurse role is based in the Care Manager and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Case Management experience.

- Active Colorado license and / or Compact license
- Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse – Case Management experience
- 2 current clinical references
