Position Details

Wage : $22.00-$26.00 hourly

FLSA Status : non-exempt

Job Status : Full-time

Amount of Travel Required : up to 25%

Reports to : Engineering Manager

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with occasional evenings and weekends

Automation Technician

The Automation Technician provides vital support to Engineering and Electronic Technician teams by aiding in the construction and maintenance of data acquisition systems and electronic devices. This role demands adaptability across diverse environments and proficiency in handling various electronic systems and equipment. Essential responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing repairs, and ensuring system functionality. Strong problem-solving abilities are imperative for efficient issue diagnosis, while effective communication skills facilitate collaboration and project updates. Overall, the Automation Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of electronic systems and devices.

Skills & Abilities

Education : High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience

Experience : Familiarity with of basic computer skills and electronics preferred

Other Requirements : Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
