Job Summary :

Each morning, you'll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day's game plan.

You'll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers' homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer's needs.

Current service offerings : Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, & Holiday Light Installations

You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day, but primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader.

You'll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day's work.

Benefits / Perks :

Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $15-20 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).

Paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, eligible after 30-day probation period).

Paid sick leave (Time accrued by hours worked).

Fully equipped for excellent work. Your work uniform (Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and hats) will be provided to you for free. All necessary tools and equipment will also be available. No need to supply your own tools.

Paid training learn a valuable trade, advance your skills, and get paid while doing so. Even if you don't have experience, we can train you.
