Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours / Week

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced food distribution operation? We’re looking for a dedicated Cooler Warehouse Worker & Merchandiser to join our team in Huntersville, NC. This is a hands-on role that keeps our operation running smoothly and ensures our customers receive top-quality products on time. This position is Monday through Friday, with early start times of 5-6 am.

Key Responsibilities :

• Working in our warehouse cooler, must be okay with the cold
• Pick and pack daily orders accurately and efficiently
• Invoice orders and ensure proper documentation
• Rotate product to maintain freshness and compliance
• Receive weekly deliveries and break down incoming shipments
• Take inventory and assist with stock organization
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Check-in orders with deli managers, Set deli case display
• Make sure every item is rotated properly and fully faced in our showcases
• Price retail items, rotate and display as needed. Pack out back-stock
• Clean up after yourself, check POS items, load truck

Schedule :

Monday through Friday

40 hours per week

5-7 am Start time

Requirements :

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs)

Comfortable working in refrigerated environments

Basic math and organizational skills

Prior warehouse or food distribution experience is a plus

Clean driver's license, ability to drive / learn how to drive box trucks
