The Washington Post is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative product leader with an appreciation for journalism and a deep interest in how technology can support its future. As part of the Monetization team, you will play a key role in shaping the digital subscriber experienceleading strategic and innovative work that ensures our B2C subscription platforms evolve with our users and business priorities.

This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of a major product area. You'll work across disciplines to develop features that drive user growth, engagement, and retention, while also identifying new B2C and SaaS product opportunities. Success in this role depends on a goal-oriented mindset, strong collaboration, and a willingness to fail, learn, and stay curiousfocusing your energy where it will make the greatest impact.

The salary range for this position is : $119,700 - $199,300 Annual. The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
