Contract Length : 13 weeks\nStart Date : ASAP\nGuaranteed Hours Per Week : 40\nPrimary Location : Deaconess Gateway Newburgh, IN\nShift Requirements : Days, 4x10\nFloat Requirements : Potential to float between Midtown / Gateway campus based on census\nOn Call / Call Back Requirements : Take call 2 days per week falling on Saturday / Sunday, 60-minute response. No overnight call for EP but they do work late about 30-35% of the time.\nWeekend / Holiday Requirements : every third weekend / Holiday coverage as scheduled\nRequired Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : IN license and ARRT\nMinimum Experience : MUST HAVE EP EXPERIENCE - MAJORITY EP SATURATION - 2 years experience\nCharting Experience Required : prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements\nRequired Skillset : Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables (EP / Cath Lab), EP Lab experience (Device Implants such as Pacemakers, ICDs, etc and Ablation experience with CARTO, NAVX / Ensite. Medtronic Cryo and boston rhythmia preferred) and LAAO experience preferred GE MacLab / CardioLab preferred\nUniform info : will provide hospital scrubs
