Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Product Representative. The Regional Product Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing customer service, training customers on product use, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with customers, managing CRM software, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Sales
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in the pool cover industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
