Finance Director
The City of Tarpon Springs is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead and oversee all financial operations of the City. This position plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the City's fiscal integrity through effective management of accounting, budgeting, debt administration, and financial reporting. The Finance Director will provide expert guidance to City leadership, implement sound financial policies and internal controls, and direct the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. This highly responsible position requires a forward-thinking professional with exceptional analytical, supervisory, and communication skills to support transparent and compliant financial practices that drive the City's mission and long-term success. Minimum Starting Salary of $128,319 ~ negotiable depending on qualifications.
