Summary of Responsibilities :

  • Consistently exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
  • Lead and supervise a dynamic team of hotel staff members.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to enhance customer service quality and monitor employee performance.
  • Manage financial transactions, maintaining accurate records of budgets, funds, and expenditures.
  • Efficiently register arriving guests and extend a warm welcome.
  • Resolve concerns related to hotel services, amenities, and policies effectively.
  • Optimize team productivity by strategically organizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to showcase the hotel's offerings and facilities.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and assess hotel performance.
  • Engage in financial decision-making, such as setting room rates, establishing budgets, and allocating departmental funds.
  • Work Experience :

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel leadership, ideally with hotel opening or rebranding experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver financial and operational results while inspiring collaborative team culture.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Unwavering commitment to guest service and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with lifestyle or wellness-centered hotel brands and systems (PMS, POS, and basic reporting tools)
