Come practice in the Town of Southampton, a town in southeastern Suffolk County, New York, partly on the South Fork of Long Island. Southampton is included in the stretch of shoreline prominently known as the Hamptons.

- Salary, sign-on bonus, and RVU bonus
- 100% outpatient position
- Average 18 - 22 patients per day
- Can work a 4-day work week
- Must be board certified or taking the boards in IM or FM
- New York-licensed physician (or willing to acquire)
- Multispecialty group practice with several locations
- Addiction medicine experience is a plus
