Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Setting : Main Operating Room (OR)

Start Date : December 4, 2025

End Date : March 5, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Shift : 5x8-Hour Days (06 : 30 - 15 : 00)

Hours per Week : 40

Call : 1 night per week and every 4th weekend

Patient Population : Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Charting System : Epic (required)

Scrubs : Provided

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2320-$2380

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky or compact state

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Previous travel nursing experience required

Strong clinical skills in General, GYN, and Robotics surgical cases

BLS and ACLS certifications (current)

Proficiency with Epic charting system

Ability to circulate in multiple surgical specialties (preferred : ENT, Neuro, Ortho / Spine, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Robotics)

Two professional references

OR RN Responsibilities

Circulate and assist in a variety of surgical procedures, including General, GYN, Robotics, and other specialties

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols

Accurately document patient care using Epic

Participate in on-call rotation (1 night per week and every 4th weekend)

Provide patient care for all age groups, from infants to geriatrics

Float to other units as needed within scope of practice
