As the Sr Director of Product Management for our DMS product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product that is central to our customers' success. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, customer-centric individual with a deep understanding of the automotive market and a proven ability to adapt to its dynamic landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our DMS remains the best-in-class solution for automotive dealers.

What You'll Do

• Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
• Market Analysis : Continuously monitor the automotive market landscape, emerging trends, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities and threats.
• Roadmap Development : Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with engineering, UX / UI, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features on time and within scope.
• Metrics & KPIs : Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and guide iterative improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product direction, updates, and results.
