Introduction :

As RF / mmW device modeling engineer, the main job scope is to analyze / interpret test results, develop and deliver device models. Candidates should have strong interests in semiconductor physics and / or RF designs for applications such as wireless mobile, IoT, automotive, etc. A candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn and team play will be first considered. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customers 1st time design success.

Your Job :

• RF / mmW device model development for use in circuit designs such as PA and LNA
• Study and analyze RF device characteristics
• Data preparation and analysis of test results
• Collaborate closely with device and modeling engineers on development
• Report preparation to summarize results or to make technical recommendations
