Key Responsibilities

Answer calls from referral sources and secure referral orders in a call center environment

Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and healthcare services, ensuring high standards of service delivery

Document patient communication and maintain accurate patient information while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED desired; equivalent professional experience preferred

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Must comply with continuing education requirements

Customer service-focused with a high degree of integrity and trust

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
