Real Estate Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Support Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls, providing support during peak hours and off-hours

Review and ensure accuracy of incoming contracts while assisting agents and customers

Maintain detailed records and manage communication across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or prop-tech preferred

Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred

Proficiency in Salesforce and e-signature programs such as Docusign

Strong understanding of contracts and Homeward offer instructions

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
