Collect delinquent payments from customers via phone pay, Quick Collect, and mail, while adhering to regulatory requirements. Negotiate payment solutions on delinquent accounts when the customer cannot make an immediate payment. Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers with phone courtesy provided.
