Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various clinical settings, including hospitals and outpatient facilities, and will be proficient in providing respiratory care to patients of all ages. This role requires a strong understanding of respiratory therapy principles, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Requirements :

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and a graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care Technology Program.
• Must Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Must maintain current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license by the State of North Carolina.
• One (1) year of experience preferred

This is a full-time, night shift position. Will typically work twelve (12) hour shifts from 7 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am on a three-four (3-4) day a week on a rotation basis. Rotating weekends and holidays. May be required to work other hours for the effective operation of department as required and approved by immediate supervisor.
