• Active GA license and DEA

Responsibilities:

• DOT and Pre-Employment Physicals & On-the-job Injuries
• Provider will be accountable for: - Diagnosing & treating work-related injuries - Performing pre-placement DOT - Public safety and surveillance physical examinations - Outpatient procedures: Splinting, Suturing, Ability to Read & Interpret X-rays, Ability to Diagnose Orthopedic Injuries, No Casting, Anything Embedded in the Eye will be Referred Out
