Job Summary :
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and medical treatment in the most up-to-date facilities. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient needs are met and medical procedures are completed safely and effectively. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing patient care plans, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assessing and documenting patient medical histories and symptoms
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Assisting physicians during medical procedures
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Educating patients and their families about healthcare options and disease prevention
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements :
